Discover the love for fitness early! This class is designed to gets kids excited about exercise and healthy living. Kids learn basic exercise skills through games and activities led by a qualified instructor. The parent needs to be enrolled in our Interval Training class which is conducted at the same time/location. Ages 2-5.
