Description

If the workouts that once worked are no longer working, it's time to reframe your relationship with fitness, hormones, and your goals. Perimenopause and menopause can present a new set of challenges! This class will cover strength training for bone density, muscle mass, and metabolic well being to help with fat loss. If you have never lifted weights before, this class will help you learn how! In addition, you will receive weekly emails with relevant and supportive information, and learn how to build a strength training program to continue your progress.
