This program is designed to help anyone prepare for our Annual 5K fundraiser, or any other 5K on your calendar. Participants will be given an 8 week program which will include running and strength workouts for you to do on your own at times that work best for you. All participants will be invited to an initial virtual call to go over the program and have a coach assigned to them helping you to stay on track. Any fitness level can participate as long as you have access to the program via your phone, tablet or desktop.
