Description

This program is designed tohelp women strength train using dumbells, barbells, cables and body weight exercises. You will be given a 7 week, 2 days per week strengh plan to follow on your own and have a coach assigned to to you helping you stay on track. All participants will be invited to an initial virtual call to go over the program.
