Participants will kick off with a 20-minute swim in our indoor pool, transition to 20 minutes of cycling on a stationary bike, and finish strong with 20 minutes on the treadmill. There will be 5 minutes allowed between each segment for a safe transition. The first waves will begin at 8:30 AM, with new waves starting every 25 minutes. The standard triathlon is open to ages 15 and up, while youth participants ages 9 to 14 will complete a modified format. Participants can compete individually or form a team. Check-in is from 7:30 to 8:15 AM. Register by Saturday, February 1st to receive a T-shirt.
