Description

This class is designed for youths interested in various forms of weight training including body building, power lifting and lifting for strength.  Trainers will provide instruction on technique, progression and proper spotting.  Participants will learn how to lift safely, minimizing injury and maximizing results!

*Please note - no classes Monday July 3rd and Wednesday July 5th
